They kept me well-informed throughout the entire process.
My interviewer got sick and notified me in advance that they couldn't make the meeting, and it would need to be postponed.

Pros: Once a year, the entire company gets a free trip to a conference in a different country, all expenses paid. If on the right track, it can be very rewarding.
Cons: You can be pigeonholed depending on the first project you get assigned to, which can force an individual to work just frontend or backend, leading to limited exposure to new technologies.
