Pros: I work on interesting and challenging problems, learn and use cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with an excellent engineering team every day.
Plus, Guidewire has an awesome company culture, which minimizes hierarchy and encourages open discussion.
Guidewire also provides competitive pay, great benefits, and a lot of flexibility (unlimited time off with manager approval, remote and hybrid working ability, etc.).
Cons: There are improvements to be made within the engineering organization, and cross-team communication and planning could be better, but I can't think of much else. I enjoy working at Guidewire.
