Guidewire Work Experiences

Good company overall

Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Might change depending on teams, but the team I was working with was excellent. The team lead was able to keep a lot of outside pressure outside of the team, and really let the team focus on the technicals and internal evaluation.

Cons: Some of the tech used may not be the most up to date. But Guidewire, as a whole, is moving forward with more recent technology.
