An HR recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn, stating that my skills and experience matched a position they had available. During the HR call, they asked me more than twice about the offers I had at that time. They informed me about a phone screening, followed by a technical interview. Two days after the interview, they contacted me again, saying my skills were very impressive and invited me for an onsite interview.
Again, they asked whether I had any offers. I did have one other offer at that time. They mentioned they were worried about the other offer before the onsite interview.
The interviewers appeared professional, and I think they had good management skills, but they didn't have a perfect grip on the technologies they were working on. Overall, the interview was acceptable.
The funniest thing is that they denied giving me an offer, saying I was too junior for the role, despite them initiating contact and playing a partial role in my losing the other offer.
Please be careful when considering an interview with them. This interview wasted my valuable time, and I spent a lot of money on travel. I believe only God knows the original reason for being contacted by these time-wasting individuals.
