Pros: There are a few pros: play the game, play politics, and more. If you are good at it, you will be rewarded and promoted. Some smart engineers. Benefits are okay.

Cons: - Too political. - No recognition for people who work hard and sincerely. * Middle management is incompetent and inconsistent (a bunch of no-do-gooders, honestly). - Polarized environment. - The company's core values, Integrity, Collegiality, and Rationality – gone with the wind. - Boring software, obsolete technologies and architecture. - Looking for direction; absolutely nothing organic.

Pros: This is a great place to work. The company is aiming at building a good working environment for all employees. The working pressure is low, and co-workers are friendly and willing to help. Everyone has been evaluated during the hiring process to see if his/her personality matches the company, to make sure everyone can work happily here. The salary is pretty competitive, and due to the low pressure, you can have very good work/life balance. You don't need to work while having lunch; instead, you could enjoy board games during lunch or after work with co-workers.

Pros: Smart people. Decent pay, almost on par with other companies in the Bay Area. Flexible hours. Work from home. Friendly colleagues.

Cons: Older technology. Mostly outdated. Custom-built in-house. Work experience and knowledge gained by Devs and QA are not as useful once you leave the company.
