First, I received an email asking me to attempt their code test, which consisted of two questions. I failed to complete the test within the given time. Luckily, they still offered me a second chance for another online code interview with one of their engineers. I was able to solve all the problems on time. You can (and should, when time is almost up) explain your solutions to the problems verbally (the interviewer will explain this to you before the session).
There was also a third online interview that comprised another code interview and a culture fit interview with the hiring manager. The first code interview was more about assessing your knowledge in algorithms and data structures. The second code interview was about your understanding of the language. Lastly, the cultural interview asked about your opinions associated with the working environment, your goals, and typical questions.
Most importantly, those people were really nice and didn't make me feel too anxious to handle their questions.
How do you handle conflicts with colleagues?
