After an encounter with a recruiter from the organization in a WhatsApp chat, they accommodated an interview after conversing with me about my expertise in the field and provided an online assessment over Codility to test my capabilities.
After passing the online assessment, I was asked for four interview rounds. Three of them were programming interviews, featuring live coding in the form of pair programming.
Most of the rounds included a mix of questions on programming and my ability to understand the problem, assessing my thought process in solving it.
The final round was a behavioral interview with the director of the team I would be joining. This round focused primarily on my work experience aligning with the team's needs and how I would be a cultural fit for the organization.
What is your expertise on the team?
How did you work within a team in your previous experiences?
What are the design patterns you have used prior?
How can you overcome tough deadlines?
Most of my questions will go through my resume.
