The interview process began with a 15-minute phone screen.
This was followed by two back-to-back interviews with a software engineer and a staff software engineer.
Everyone was very friendly, and the process was very smooth.
After two weeks, I received an offer.

Small but fulfilling intern program

Pros: Corporate housing was a 5-minute walk from work, a fantastic resource.
Teams presented interesting projects.
Great culture.
Good balance between a small and large company.
Cons: Projects were used, but felt a bit canned. Teams vary widely in experience, in particular with regards to how used the projects are. In addition, it was hard to tell how much projects would be used in advance.

- Wonderful company culture
Cons: The median age at the company is higher and takes some time to get used to after being in a college environment, but everyone is friendly and welcoming. Having other interns around the same age helped me to adjust.
