Process
Round 1 - Initial phone screen with the recruiter. Round 2 - Online coding problem on Codility. Round 3 - Technical Skype interview.
The recruiter was friendly, but the Skype interview was not properly organized. They gave the skeleton code directly without explaining the problem first. A lot of time was spent figuring out the problem and the test cases. I didn't get enough time to concentrate and solve the problem.
