No communication over call. Only through a 3rd party TA who used to schedule calls without any discussion.
No updates despite multiple follow-ups. Finally, I myself declined their job.

Cons: 1. Salary is not up to the market. Long-term incentives are a lollipop.
2. If you're senior, work-life balance is hell. There's no good tech stack to learn. Simply, you need to code, code, code, and you will not learn anything at all.
