Guidewire is the best place I've worked. The people are passionate about what they do and how they do it. There is very little in the way of politics or bureaucracy. The atmosphere within development and between dev and other teams is friendly and focused on solving problems and making our customers successful.
Some growing pains, though I think the company acknowledges them and has the right attitude toward addressing them.
