Very good work-life balance. Lots of good people doing good things. Intense focus on pleasing customers. Renewed focus on agile development processes.
Too much reliance on internal, proprietary technologies. A strong desire to reinvent the wheel. Too inwardly focused: very little looking around at the software development industry. Retention starting to be an issue.
Product Development Management overall is in need of management training from a people point-of-view.
