High expectations (which is not even bad)
The first is a knowledge call and then a technique call. They are very nice, and at the end of the process, they give you feedback and suggestions. They were very helpful with your time, and I think that working for them is a real goal.
I had an oral interview where I described my background and a Java-based code test. The interview was very easy. The HR person was easy to talk with, and the questions were not technical (for that, there would have been another later interview), but
I exchanged messages with HR for a long period. Afterward, I had an interview with someone from the department. And I never received feedback afterward. This is bad because the interviews were conducted during business hours.
