They are using some really cool software that I didn't know I could ever learn as a college student. The team is also super supportive and welcomed all my questions, so I got to learn and grow a lot as a software engineer. I literally asked people if they could explain something that's not directly related to work assigned to me, and they were happy to help out. Good work-life balance.
This company may not be as famous as the big tech out there, so it's possible that others (recruiters, friends, etc.) haven't heard of it.
Very long and dragged-out processes with minimum transparency and lots of delays. The recruiters are unprofessional and spam me constantly regarding open job positions.
