Great work/life balance. Peers are great. Great stock price (if you have any) and good upward movement. The non-HQ offices seem to be doing really well, judging by the reviews coming from there.

Very long and dragged-out processes with minimum transparency and lots of delays. The recruiters are unprofessional and spam me constantly regarding open job positions.
