Collegiality - friendly, helpful people, plenty of social events.
Was one of the best workplaces when I joined.
Great new CEO and Head of PD.
Transparency.
Office.
Inability to prioritize. The big picture of the product is incomplete.
Lack of accountability. For example, if some devs don't like to QA and if you hint at it, you get into trouble.
Integrity. Feedback is king, but not double-checked properly. Taking positions without hearing you.
Could be more proactive, show more leadership instead of letting the teams decide in key decisions most of the time, and be more technical.
