Had a weird/awkward recruiting call. I was sent an online Codility assessment. At this point, I was passed off onto a different recruiter. Chat with hiring manager. Virtual onsite consisting of 5 sessions.

Very poorly managed, and the interviewers had no clue what to ask. Overall, very shabbily managed, and a waste of candidate time. The hiring manager showed up 15 mins late!
