Great people in the office.
That was a tremendous effort made by the previous local head of the office to build a top company in KRK and take responsibility for the projects.
Some of the projects were interesting.
Lack of vision on what we should work on.
Company hates agile now.
Projects are totally not important for the business, although they tell you a different story.
Random people are delegated to us for management, with no skills to work with people.
Not able to hire anyone.
Atmosphere is very toxic.
Start again! Obey and respect initial core values. They were crucial for the company's success. After management changes, they were buried. The fish rots from the head. Hire good managers again.
