Good company overall
Might change depending on teams, but the team I was working with was excellent. The team lead was able to keep a lot of outside pressure outside of the team, and really let the team focus on the technicals and internal evaluation.
Some of the tech used may not be the most up to date. But Guidewire, as a whole, is moving forward with more recent technology.
