Great benefits, nice co-workers who do try and help. Some leaders here really do try!

• The job you get may not be what you thought you interviewed for.
• A hybrid environment means you're punished if you want to work remotely.
• Very command and control culture, not an agile environment at all.
• Lots of good "talk" from senior management, but little action to back it up when it comes to fixing things or making things better.

Be honest when recruiting people! I was totally misled in my process.

I do believe they want to create good things, but there's just so much bureaucracy/red tape it's going to be hard.
