Great working environment and very open to new ideas
The recruitment process was thorough, which made me confident that I wouldn't experience any impostor syndrome once I started, as I knew it was no mistake that I received an offer.
I also received fantastic support while preparing for and making an international move to California, and everyone I've spoken to so far has been great.
I proposed a new project idea in my first week that I knew would require a significant amount of time to complete. But after explaining it and showing that it would be beneficial, it was accepted the same day!
I haven't been hit with any downside as yet.
