Some of my teammates are associate/junior levels, so we need to train them and be patient with them. Progress is not always directly visible.
Some reorganizations may have caused concerns and worries, but overall we settled down and kept doing our job just as well.
Merging teams may have created opposite effects in some areas. I'd like to be offered more time and training, as well as management's active engagement to see those through.
