A recruiter reached out to me after finding me on LinkedIn.
We had a phone screening, which went well. The recruiter then scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager.
On the morning of the interview, they emailed to say it needed to be rescheduled due to an “emergency” in the hiring manager’s personal life. I agreed, stating it was no problem.
They rescheduled for a week later. On the morning of the rescheduled interview, they canceled again via email, citing another “emergency” and stating they would reach out to reschedule.
A week later, I followed up by email after hearing nothing, but received no response.
I then sent an email saying it would mean a lot if they could confirm if the position was no longer available. They ghosted me.
A week later, I noticed they reposted the listing on LinkedIn.
