The interview process took three rounds:
The culture-fit phone call took about 30 minutes, during which each side felt out the values and ultimate goals of the other.
The technical phone interview involved pair programming remotely on an algorithmic problem that resembled something the company had had to solve.
The interview medley had me talking to a recruiter, a senior product manager, the CTO, and two engineers. Each interviewer had a different style and obviously cared about different aspects of me as a person and potential employee.
The CTO and engineers additionally had me solve technical problems with them, pair-programming style. The recruiter kicked off and ended the day in typical recruiter fashion: "How are you feeling? How did it go? Any feedback or problems that we should know about?" etc.
