In one week, I had the following interview rounds:
- Call with a developer from the recruiting team
- Online screening
- Two rounds of pair programming
Easily the best interview experience I've ever had. Everyone was super sweet and very prompt! Within a week of interviews, I was called on-site.
Unfortunately, I couldn't complete the interview process due to personal reasons. However, I would love to interview with them again and work in what seemed like a fun, fast-paced startup. I would definitely recommend Gusto to my friends looking for new opportunities.
