Process
It was different from other software engineering interviews, but in a good way. It wasn't the typical LeetCode style, but instead much more relevant to the job. All of my interviewers were really nice, and I had a great experience.

This is more of a design question. I did not ask for Big O or anything like that.

Cons: Need more experienced managers. Managers do not have experience. Decisions are sometimes made too quickly with not enough planning.

Pros: Nice people, a good mission, and free lunch.
Cons: The quarterly performance review process is creating anxiety at every level and leading to a performative culture. If you aren't nice to this person, will they torch you with negative feedback? I have to explain this to my team when I don't agree with it. This is a toxic system, and it came from the top.
