It's not a rise and grind culture, and there's a consistent paycheck.
Exec leadership turnover is concerning. They say it's normal, but not normal at the other unicorns I have worked at. Engineering and Product execs have had 100% turnover in 2 years.

Everyone was very kind, but the process was very long and draining, almost FAANG-level (but nowhere near the pay). Even the recruiter acknowledged this and apologized. I think there is a lot of room for improvement to streamline the process.
