HR reached out on LinkedIn and shortlisted me, but then ghosted for 3-4 months before reaching out again to schedule an interview.
The first round was with the Hiring Manager.
After discussing everything, I received the usual rejection email the following day.
No technical questions, design, or coding questions were asked.
No feedback was provided on what did not match.
