Pros: I've been working at Handshake for about two years now, and during that time, I continue to be impressed by my teammates and the overall leadership org. One of Handshake’s key values is “Learn. Grow. Repeat.”, and they really strive to incorporate this into everything they do.

Cons: None so far that I've noticed. As a fast-growth startup, there are the usual growing pains.

Pros: The company is very structured and helps the developers, in my case, understand the product and code base very easily.

Cons: Getting hyped at very small improvements.

Pros: The interview process was really easy. All the steps were explained. The recruiting team was nice and polite. They all showed interest in me and my skills. Starting the internship, the first thing that I noticed is how supportive the whole team is. Everyone is there to help. There are no dumb questions. They are very supportive and motivating.

Cons: There is no con; it is the best place to work.
