I've been working at Handshake for about two years now, and during that time, I continue to be impressed by my teammates and the overall leadership org.
One of Handshake’s key values is “Learn. Grow. Repeat.”, and they really strive to incorporate this into everything they do.
None so far that I've noticed.
As a fast-growth startup, there are the usual growing pains.
Keep doing what you're doing and continue scaling the company thoughtfully.
We believe in you, Garrett!
I had an initial phone screening and was invited for a one-hour technical interview where I paired with another engineer. Then, I completed the four-hour on-site, which included building off of a small take-home assignment. An offer was made the same
Initial Phone Screen - With Hiring Manager Tech Screen On-site Everyone was very respectful. The interviewers were great. They took about a week and a half to call with an offer. The recruiters made sure to keep me updated every step of the way.
The following was the interview process for a remote full-time position of Software Developer. There were multiple steps to the process, including: * A call with the tech recruiter. * A 1-hour tech phone screen. * A 4 to 4.5-hour remote on-sit
