The team all really believes in trying to help people get jobs out of college, regardless of what school you went to. People truly believe this here; the CEO got a little teary-eyed at one of the all-hands meetings talking about it.
The teams are small enough that you can drive forward projects you find valuable. I've worked on many different high-impact/visible initiatives, and I haven't been here as long as most of the team.
The people who work here are very talented and hard-working. They're also very modest and friendly; everyone checks their egos at the door.
Product management is a bit on the light side. Sometimes this is sold as a positive, but realistically, it means some things fall through the cracks every now and then.
Keep doing what you're doing. You have a team that believes strongly in the work they're doing and is set up to achieve great things.
Also, highlight more the things that need to be improved. Only brutal honesty about our successes and failures will help us all become better.
I had an initial phone screening and was invited for a one-hour technical interview where I paired with another engineer. Then, I completed the four-hour on-site, which included building off of a small take-home assignment. An offer was made the same
Initial Phone Screen - With Hiring Manager Tech Screen On-site Everyone was very respectful. The interviewers were great. They took about a week and a half to call with an offer. The recruiters made sure to keep me updated every step of the way.
The following was the interview process for a remote full-time position of Software Developer. There were multiple steps to the process, including: * A call with the tech recruiter. * A 1-hour tech phone screen. * A 4 to 4.5-hour remote on-sit
