The interview process was fairly quick. There was a given challenge that was very much doable. In addition, the recruiters and managers were all very welcoming and interested in what you had to say.
Besides the given challenge to schedule an interview time, the process wasn’t broken up through a set of days. Instead, the entire interview was about 3 to 4 hours long.
It’s difficult to schedule that many hours in a single day and time period. It is also pretty tiring being interviewed for that long.
It would have been helpful if the interview process was more spaced out over the course of a week, so students can come in with a clear mindset and not feel as overwhelmed by the time they get to the actual coding portion of the interview.
4 rounds. 1 phone screening, 1 technical screening, 1 peer coding session, 1 behavioral with management. All rounds were fairly easy besides the peer coding session, which was 2.5 hours long with 2 engineers from the company. Passed all rounds exce
1. Recruiter Phone Screen: Talk about your resume, experience, and how it aligns with the role. 2. Technical Virtual On-Site Interview: Pair programming with two software engineers at Handshake to implement features of a web app in a stack of your c
1 ML coding section, then the virtual onsite containing 3 design sections. (I am just interviewing for a senior position, but it seems to me the loop is for senior staff level.)
