Pros: Attended the recent SKO. It was so great to see the transformation of the company under new leadership. I love being part of TFO. I have never felt so relevant in my 6 years.

Cons: I wish we had stayed an independent company.

Pros: Exposure to a plethora of innovative products fosters an environment where employees can engage with cutting-edge technologies.

Cons: None at all at the moment

Pros: I feel appreciated here, and it's been a while since I've felt that at a job as a minority. We have some areas for improvement, I think, in terms of hiring more diverse candidates, but otherwise, this is a great place for them to join. Remote culture is respected, and you can find a good work/life balance. So much to learn, and so many smart people to learn from. Having a product that everyone loves is also a nice touch. I think we're doing a good job at transparency from every department.

Cons: We could always use more URGs in engineering. We have the right culture to support them; we just need more of a focus on the hiring side.
