I read some older reviews from 2017 that mentioned low pay. I was shocked to read that, as I found them at the very top of my market, often exceeding it. I'm not from San Francisco, though, but have yet to find anyone else that thinks they aren't very competitive. I think the proof is in the pudding with all the world-class engineers we've been hiring recently.

Seems almost too good to be true so far! The only thing is we seem to be growing super fast. 5 or more people a week can put some strain, but they seem to be keeping up.

Keep doing what you're doing. Your transparency and communication will continue to be vital as we double in size over the next year.
