Some of the best people in software engineering I've ever had the privilege to work with.
Lack of diversity, leadership updating principles to suit their whims, lack of accountability regarding career matrix and underlevelling.
Be better, do better for your people. Chasing cash keeps the lights on, but if you don't start putting work in on supporting your people, you won't have a house to keep lit.
