Amazing team and inspiring mission. It is a company that actually helps people.
Headspace has got all new management and it is changing the culture.
What once was a place where you felt like they really cared about your well-being and mental health is starting to become your typical startup culture. There is a constant feeling of not doing enough while being drowned by work.
There is a clear lack of empathy from upper management.
Please quit trying to turn this into a cookie-cutter startup that burns out its employees.
