Pros

Catered food, good benefits, good workspace.

Cons

Mismanagement - The leadership team clearly does not understand how to manage a team. It started with growing too fast, from 100 to 300 employees in just over a year, and then expecting growth to accelerate as a function of employee count.

Understand that your product is too expensive and priced the same as Netflix. Why would anyone want to pay the same price as Netflix?

I was at the company for just under a year. I quit when I found out that my manager was demoted to the same level as me, and I wasn't told for three weeks. It showed up on the internal org charts, but nobody wanted to tell me. I decided it was better to quit than work for a company that really does not know how to manage its employees.

The company has been facing a deluge of employees quitting. I don't think Rich or the management team understands what it takes to keep employees happy.

Advice to Management

Before you work on making the world a better place, first work on making employees happy so they don't have to quit. Glass houses and all!!
