I'm a long-time meditator, so I'm thrilled to be working at a company that's trying to bring the practice to the world. It's been a great benefit to me, and I hope it can be as beneficial to others.

As an engineer, I've found the team to be incredibly thoughtful, open-minded, and invested in creating a high-quality product.

Senior management seems genuinely invested in keeping the whole company informed, happy, productive, and focused on our mission.

Work-life balance is also amazing – I arrive at 9 and leave at 5 each day. The office is also an awesome space – I genuinely look forward to coming to work each day.

The company is growing really fast, which adds a fair amount of chaos to the environment. It also leads to things like fairly frequent reorganizations, as we have to create new structures to accommodate the growing team.

My advice would be to not let our ambitions outstrip where we are at the moment. As the team grows and we build rapport and momentum, we'll be able to tackle even grander problems, but for now we're still getting ramped up.
