Initial screening call with recruiter. The whole call was not of any importance. The condescension shown was quite interesting. I would avoid this company if possible. Initial interview has given a very bad impression of the company culture here. I would recommend a revision of your process.

Pros: If you want to burn out, this is it.
Cons: It's a second McKinsey. Even worse. You either work ridiculous hours (12+ every day and weekends maybe) and are fine being micromanaged, or will be fired without any justification. In addition, as others pointed out, the positive reviews are fake. Nobody I know here would write that kind of stuff. I've even heard that management get other people to write the fake reviews.

- Great tech stack and culture.
- Truly a 'forge your own adventure' mindset.
Cons: People work hard! There is a lot to do, and it is a small company, so often you have to make it happen yourself.
