Pros: If you want to burn out, this is it.

Cons: It's a second McKinsey. Even worse. You either work ridiculous hours (12+ every day and weekends maybe) and are fine being micromanaged, or will be fired without any justification. In addition, as others pointed out, the positive reviews are fake. Nobody I know here would write that kind of stuff. I've even heard that management get other people to write the fake reviews.

Pros: - A super exciting tech stack with many challenges - Products solving problems that have never been tackled by anyone before - Excellent career growth opportunities - Very good and strong culture, based on trust and ownership - Insightful leadership - Competitive salary - Flexible working environment

Cons: Working in greenfield tech in a very challenging domain can be tough. Work/life balance is a bit on the low side, but it is not really forced on anyone. People just want to deliver the best they can.

Pros: - You are surrounded by lots of smart people - Great salary

Cons: - Curiosity and awareness of other projects and teams than your own is seen as a bad thing. - Ridiculous expectations of work hours. They think that because they pay highly they own you and you should work constant overtime. They then say that they aren't asking for you to work overtime but complain that you're not completing enough work when you don't. - Constantly firing people without giving them a chance to improve first and with very little to no warning. They don't give you a chance to talk to your colleagues and then lie to them about why you were fired.
