- Curiosity and awareness of other projects and teams than your own is seen as a bad thing.
- Ridiculous expectations of work hours. They think that because they pay highly they own you and you should work constant overtime. They then say that they aren't asking for you to work overtime but complain that you're not completing enough work when you don't.
- Constantly firing people without giving them a chance to improve first and with very little to no warning. They don't give you a chance to talk to your colleagues and then lie to them about why you were fired.
