I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.

An external recruiter connected me to them. I had an initial technical interview with them, then an interview loop day with 3 back-to-back interviews (system design, coding, "bring something awesome"). The interviews were fair, with decent questions, and the interviewers were professional and empathetic. They sent me some preparation materials beforehand, which I appreciated. A few days later the recruiter told me I didn't pass, but I never heard anything from the company itself.
