No interview as I was already a contractor with the company.
They do take contractors, but at this time, recruitment is not happening.
In my case, the interview was non-technical. I just negotiated the package with the manager and processed the papers through HR and switched over.
Otherwise, generally, it is a technical interview and salary negotiations. I have not heard of behavioral questions being asked.
