- Online aptitude test - Very easy. 60 questions, 75 minutes.
- Technical interview - Basic hardware questions.
- HR round - Personal questions like introduction, job profile, and why do you want to join this company.

Configuration of a computer. Troubleshooting. Where does the OS lie in a computer? How do you transfer a movie from one laptop to another without using a pendrive, internet connection, WiFi, or ShareIt? Why do you want to join HPE? What do you think about the job profile? What do you think about technical support?
