My friend referred me, and I got a call from HR within a week. The telephonic interview was scheduled. The technical call was very crisp, and the interviewer was very thoughtful. Next round details were communicated within a day. The round was a Skype call from the US, and again the interviewer was very specific in asking questions and was helpful in explaining certain terminologies which I could not understand. Within two weeks, the offer letter was rolled out.
