Pros: It's a good place with great people.
Very good treatment from HR (workshops, very responsive).
Many benefits: medical insurance, running group, child activities.
Cons: Well, my product doesn't sell enough.

Cons: Layoff without any reason.
Less pay compared to other network companies.
Too much politics based on regional belonging.
