Many. Very siloed environment. Lack of cohesiveness. Cutthroat politics. PMs don't understand the basics of the SDLC. Managed everything from spreadsheets, asking people if they completed their tasks – that was about it. It seemed most people were either deflecting work or trying to find someone to hang responsibility on so there was a scapegoat. I'd say 40% of the people fell into what I've described above. I was promised stock on two different occasions and received none. They changed my title/work after I signed the offer letter, a few days before my start date.
