Overall, a great company. It really believes in employee empowerment and is easy to move to new positions within the company.
Starting pay and annual increases should be more competitive.
No interview as I was already a contractor with the company. They do take contractors, but at this time, recruitment is not happening. In my case, the interview was non-technical. I just negotiated the package with the manager and processed the pap
First, there was a PPT in which they told us about HP, its origin, and the selection process. They also discussed alumni of the college who are already working in HP. Then, there was a written test which had C++ and database questions, and aptitude.
I initially went through an online assessment that included some MCQs along with two coding questions — one based on Graphs and the other on Arrays. After successfully clearing the assessment, I was invited for an interview 10 days later.
