Working hard to improve morale. Good pay and benefits. Attempting to become an all-software business, like IBM.
Not very innovative.
Offshoring a lot of engineering.
Don’t be afraid to build products.
I had 4 rounds of interviews overall. Mostly on my past experience, projects on my resume, standard behavioral questions, and I had my DSA skills checked extensively in one of the rounds.
No interview as I was already a contractor with the company. They do take contractors, but at this time, recruitment is not happening. In my case, the interview was non-technical. I just negotiated the package with the manager and processed the pap
Good. Clearly comprehensive and professional. Several stages, individual(s), and group. Maintained a professional attitude and answered all of the questions. Interview process was the best part of working for HPE. Again, professional all the way.
