- 5 rounds of interviews consisting of local and US managers. - The last round was with HR to negotiate compensation, etc. - The questions were basically to test your ethical values as a manager and various scenario-based questions.

Technical Coding interview LeetCode style, easy/medium. Behavioral interview. Placement interview. An offer followed a few weeks after. I was given about two weeks to decide if I wanted to accept or not.

Standard telephone interview, no technical questions. Shortlisted for Assessment Day. Group exercises (team-building), 1-2-1 competency interview, and technical test. 6+ weeks BPSS/SC clearance. The process has not changed much in the last 2 year
